Wow — it’s already June! This year has truly flown by. I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for the fantastic work you’ve done throughout the year. Your dedication, service, and leadership have made a tremendous impact across the district. While we’ve accomplished so much, we’re not finished yet — so let’s keep the momentum going strong through the end of the year!
We had a wonderful time at Spring Convention, and for those who were unable to attend, I’m excited to say that the district has achieved all the goals we set at the beginning of the year. That success belongs to all of you.
As we move into the final stretch of the year, please take a few minutes to reconnect with members you may not have seen in a while. Ask them what they are passionate about and explore ways your club can help them serve that passion. Keeping members engaged starts with helping them find fulfillment and purpose through service.
I also encourage each of you to revisit your own passions and reflect on whether your club is helping you serve them. We never want to lose members because they feel disconnected or unfulfilled.
If you feel your passion is not being met within your current club, remember that there are many clubs throughout the district you can join or affiliate with to help you pursue meaningful service opportunities.
You can also work with your club to introduce new service projects and activities that better align with the interests and passions of your members.
Together, we can continue building stronger clubs, stronger connections, and stronger communities through service.
Congratulations to DGE Nancy Charbono-Ricard and FVDGE Tom Reynolds! I look forward to serving with you both and keeping our momentum in District 44N going!!
