3rd ZONE REPORT

DG Debbie, 1stVDG Mike, 2ndVDG Jennifer, Cabinet Members and fellow Lions:
I have been remiss in thanking all the Lions for their assistance during our MD
Convention in Penticton. Without your help we could not have put on such a great event.
Again THANK YOU ALL.
It has been busy at all the clubs since October getting ready for the best time of the year
Christmas.
Rock Creek/ Kettle River doing meat draws and preparing for Christmas Hampers.
Oliver working the concession at the arena and Christmas Hampers.
Okanagan Falls feeding the school children breakfast sandwiches twice a week.
Penticton breakfasts for Skaha Sunrise tenants along with Christmas gifts, ringing the Salvation Army Bells, Donations to SOMF, Soupateria, SA Food Bank.
All clubs have begun preparing for the election of officers
Zone Chair Joanne Bray has sent in her papers to become the new ZC for next year.
I have one more Zone meeting in the spring in Rock Creek and one more club to visit along with 2VG Mike.
