CARE REPORT

The CARE project this year is a continuation of our two year commitment in Honduras 

to construct biodigesters to produce natural fuel. Our objective is to reduce the use of 

firewood in kitchens and cleanup the environment by convert Pig Manure into bio-gas.

My Goals this year are to increase the awareness of CARE as a MD19 project.

1.) Every club should have CARE as a budget item in their fiscal budget. 

2.) Make suggestions for fundraising. 

3.) Asking the DG and Zone chair’s to remind clubs to support CARE.

4.) Support PDG Bob Yeoman MD 19 CARE REP in encouraging greater awareness 

and support for MD19 CARE projects.

To achieve these goals I will be sending out emails with information on the CARE 

project in Honduras.
