LCIF - BC Report 

DG Chuck and fellow Lions 

 

So far this year only 16 clubs out of 45 on this side of the border have donated to LCIF with 1 

individual donation. The total for the Canadian side is just over $7,792. 

The grant for the Scotch Creek Fire Hall has gone in and is under review right now. They have 

requested the latest bank statement showing what we have already collected. I am just 

waiting for the Feb. statement. It will go to the International meeting in May for a decision 

and we should know if we will receive it within 3 weeks of that meeting. 

I am still trying to get clubs to have an LCIF representative in their club. 

I have let my name stand to continue as your rep on this side of the border for another 3 

years.

you.
