DISTRICT GOALS

Goal 1: REPORTING SERVICE (GST). By the end of the 2022-2023 fiscal year, our district will increase the percentage of clubs reporting service and our team will ensure that at least 75% of clubs in our district report service.

Goal 2: MEMBERSHIP GROWTH (GMT). By the end of the 2022-2023 fiscal year, our district will achieve a positive membership net growth of 30 new members to exceed the prior year’s total membership.

Goal 3: LEADERSHIP TRAINING (GLT). By October 2022, our district will hold training of club officers and zone chairpersons. The district GLT Coordinator will report both individual participation and club participation of 50% (14 clubs), 80% of zone chairpersons attend ZC training, 60% of club officers attend training.

Goal 4: Fundraising for LCIF (GAT). By the end of the 2022-2023 fiscal year, our district will support LCIF in its fundraising goal. Ensure 50% individual participation increase. Ensure 50% of the club participation increase. Aspire for district-wide effort towards bronze level LCIF Chairperson Medal ($30,000.00 Total LCIF donations). DG to commit to a $1,000.00 personal LCIF donation Ask all cabinet members to also make personal donations directly to LCIF.
