** Due to a vacancy on the Board, Ben Asztalos was appointed for the remainder of the 2026-27 Lions year. If he wishes to continue as a trustee beyond that, his name will be put on the ballot at the next district annual meeting to be elected to the posiition (in accordance with the Foundation By-Laws.)
Meetings are held every other months usually on the 2nd Monday of the month. (Subject to cancellation or change due to Foundation needs). Zoom meetings start at 7:00 pm; Dinner meetings start at 6:30 pm.

Lions District 16L Charitable Foundation, Inc. Grant Application
ANNUAL TRUSTEE ELECTIONS
Elections will be held at the New Jersey Lions State Convention each year. District 16L Lions in good standing who are interested in serving as a trustee of the Lions District 16L Charitable Foundation, should have their club submit a nomination form and letter to the Chartiable Foundation President by April 1st. Please refer to the Constitution and By-laws for additional information about qualifications and term limits.
