District Goals
- Membership - (+20)
- The district is starting at 886 as of June 2024. The end date goal for this year is to have the district up to 906. LCI requires each district to be above 1200 members. 2E1 is setting a 10 year goal to meet that requirement. Ask a friend, ask a neighbor, ask a family member.
- Clubs - (+1)
- Current district club count is at 40. We have several clubs on lifesupport. Our goal is to add one club to the district and get small clubs off or lifesupport. Small town should try to keep their membership numbers above 10. City clubs should shoot for 40 or more members.
- 100 % Participation in LCIF, TLF, and TLC Donation.
- It doesn't take much! Just a dollar.
- 2E1 has the highest participation in MD2 in giving to the Harry Wickersham Golf Tournement.
- LCIF & TLF participation is key to recieving grant money in the time of need.
- 40 Melvin Jones Awarded or Purchased
- Many clubs already have LCIF money on the books towards a Melvin Jones. Have a goal to finish your club's $1000 donation to LCIF and reward a worthy lion.
- Every Club Writes a Grant to LCIF or TLF
- We are here to serve. We do that through fundraising and completing projects. Let your membership in LCI help pay for that community project. Write an LCI or TLF grant to increase your club's service.
