2^nd  Leadership Development Training Workshop  For Chembur – Ghatkopar Area –

This Training Workshop was organized by District Lions Leadership Institute Committee for Chembur - Ghatkopar area Club Leaders, i.e. for Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers, 1^st V.PS & 2^nd V.PS  of the clubs.

The following Faculties , Keynote Speakers delivered the lectures on the different subjects which were appreciated by one & all.                                                                                                        1) Lion Virat Mistry, F D I Trainer, Dist. 323 A1 –    Subject – Leadership- Communication Skills                     2) Mr. Vilas Mungekar – Corporate Trainer -            Subject -  Public Speaking                                                    3) MJF Lion Venkatramanan –   Consultant to Banks & IFC ,  Subject -  Goal Setting & Achievement –                                 4)  Lion Pawan Agarwal – International Speaker -  Subject -  Dabbewalas Leadership Qualities.                                                                                        The Programme was graced by Chief Guest, District Governor, Lion Subhash Bhalwal, by Guest Of  Honour, 1^st VDG, Lion Hanuman Agarwal , 2^nd VDG Lion K.J. Paul, Lioness  District President, Lioness Ujwala Khobrekar, DLLI Advisor, PDG Lion Anil Bhise, Special Invitees PDG Lion Omi Arora, Dist. Cabinet Sec. Lion Mukesh Taneja, Principal Advisor Lion L. Tawari,  Jt. Dist. Cabinet Treasurer, Lion Rajeush Ballamwar & other dignitaries from Dist. 323A2.  

The Website of District Lions Leadership Institute was inaugurated / launched  by the worthy hands of Chief Guest, Dist. Governor, MJF Lion Subhash Bhalwal. This website of DLLI , is the first ever Global website of District Committee of  District 323-A2 linked to LCI.          

                                                                                          Leadership Assessment, Evaluation & Discussions for implementation were taken place  - 

4 participants spoke on the Abstract of each Faculty’s speech in 2 min.  Videos on Leadership were shown  & evaluation of those Videos expressed by the participants.                                                                                          Total attendance of Lion members was 76 Nos. & 50 Club Leaders from 24 Lions Clubs were highly inspired & motivated by this Leadership Development  training workshop & satisfied.

The Leadership Development Manual / Book with Folder was given to every participant. The certificates of Leadership Development Training Workshop were distributed among all participants at the end.

The Programme included Breakfast, Tea & Lunch & concluded with Group Photograph & Tea.

Total  76 Lion members were present  for the programme.
