Cindy Glass

WV 29-I District Governor

District Governor Cindy Glass joined the Clarksburg Lions Club in 1998. She progressed through the offices of the club and served as Club President in 2005-06. She has served in the following leadership capacities:

MD29 Youth Camps and Exchange Chair 2007-09 

Zone 8 Chairperson (2008-09)

29-I First Vice District Governor (2009-10)

29-I District Governor (2010-11)

29-I Conference Chairperson (2015)s

Member of the WV Lions Leadership School Committee (2015)

29-I Global Leadership Chairperson (2014-16)

Chairperson of WV Past District Governor’s Association (2014-15)

Spouse of International Director (2012-14)


DG Cindy is a Leonard Jarrett Recipient and a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow. In addition, she has received a Certificate of Appreciation from IP Al Brandel and Presidential Medals from both IP Tam and IP Palmer. She also received the 100% Presidents Award and the District Governor’s Excellence Award while serving in those offices.

DG Cindy and Past International Director Steve have been married 40 years. Their only daughter Jordan is a member of the Cheat Lake Lions Club and is serving a second term as Zone Chairperson. Jordan’s fiancé, Adam Krohe, is also a member of the Cheat Lake Lions Club.

DG Cindy is a graduate of Fairmont State University and has been employed as an executive assistant since 2005 at KCI Aviation in Bridgeport.
