LionNet, e-Clubhouse and e-District promote all websites

When a Lions Club or District organization state an e-Clubhouse or e-District, they should contintimue to maintain it, or seek assistance from our volunteers or LCI when their origiation changes it's webmaster. When an organization feels that they should use an independent website (that has expenses), they should set the e-Clubhouse or e-District website to autoforward to that new website.  Thay way they gain instant "internet findabiility"
