COMMUNITY CAR SHOW!

The Lowell Lions Club held their car show recently in conjunction with National Night Out. They had 42 entrants and donated just over $350 to the Dyer Fire Department for community outreach efforts. A community member created their unique trophies from discarded parts donated by a mechanic. He is even considering joining the Lions in the future. Everyone was very excited about this event and learned a lot along the way. They had beautiful weather and about 20 more cars than were expected, so this event was considered this a success!
