Please be aware that anything submitted to this email address becomes the sole and exclusive property of District 4-L1 and Lions Clubs International, and you release District 4-L1 and Lions Clubs International from all claims relating to your submission. Neither, District 4-L1 nor Lions Clubs International pay fees for news tips. When submitting, you will have to upload newsletter articles, and/or possibly other documents. When preparing your document materials to be uploaded into the upload system, please note the following:
• File size must be 40MB or less;
• Files cannot be password protected;
• PDF files cannot have a digital signature;
• Save each document separately.
When scanning hard copy materials please note the following:
• Resolution should be no more than 300dpi;
• Removing images will help reduce file size.
