Lions District 11-2 encompasses 26 Lions Clubs in the northeastern lower peninisula of Michigan including the following couties: Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Arenac, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Gladwin, Iosco, Kalkaska, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle, Roscommon. From Beaverton in the south to Mackinaw City in the north we are the largest Lions District in MD 11. We proudly support our communities, state, national and international projects. 

Lions are an international network of 1.4 million men and women in over 200 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.

District 11-E2 uses the Standard District Constitution and By-Laws, the District 11-E2 Policy Manual and the The International Association of Lions Clubs Constitution and By-Laws. 

Clubs may use the Standard Club Constitution and By-Laws.
