Service Chairperson: Leading Impactful Projects
The Service Chairperson leads the charge in
planning and implementing impactful service projects that meet the needs of the community. Their
responsibilities include:
• Identifying Community Needs: Conducting
assessments to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in their community.

• Planning and Organizing Projects: Developing
service initiatives aligned with the Lions’ global
causes, such as vision, hunger, environment,
childhood cancer, and diabetes.

• Engaging Members: Ensuring all members have the opportunity to participate in service activities that resonate with their skills and interests.

• Measuring Impact: Tracking the success of
service projects and reporting the results to Lions Clubs International to inspire others and showcase the club’s achievements.
By spearheading meaningful projects, the Service Chairperson ensures the club fulfills its mission to serve and makes a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
