Membership Chairperson: Growing and Engaging the Club (Membership Chairperson)
The Membership Chairperson is tasked with growing the club’s membership and ensuring all members feel engaged and valued. Their responsibilities include:
• Recruitment: Actively seeking new members through outreach, community events, and
partnerships with other organizations.
• Retention: Developing strategies to keep current members engaged, including creating an inclusive
atmosphere and recognizing contributions.
• Orientation and Mentorship: Guiding new
members through their onboarding process and
pairing them with mentors to help them integrate into the club.
• Analyzing Membership Trends: Monitoring
membership numbers and trends, and addressing any challenges related to growth or retention.
This role ensures the club remains vibrant and
capable of tackling ambitious service projects by maintaining a strong and engaged membership base.
